The free shuttle to the airport was efficient, and I appreciated the nearby options for meals. The laundry facilities were particularly helpful after a week exploring Hokkaido.

The Japanese Twin Room with Tatami Area provides a unique experience, blending traditional aesthetics with ample room for family comfort. The futons on tatami offer a cozy touch that feels distinctly local.
The breakfast left much to be desired, taking 15 minutes to prepare with no options for those with food allergies. I found myself frustrated with the shuttle not being bookable in advance, meaning you roll the dice on getting a seat when you need it, and the pillows did not agree with my neck, leaving me sore the next day. Additionally, there was an annoying fan in the bathroom that wouldn't turn off, making it hard to relax.

The Japanese Twin Room with Tatami Area was super cozy and offered a unique experience. The futons on tatami were surprisingly comfortable, and it was nice to have room for our family. Plus, the nearby restaurant was a great find for meals. However, the room felt a bit tight for four adults, which was a minor bummer.

The location offers easy access to public transport, making transfers from New Chitose airport simple. The onsen, while small, provides a relaxing experience after a long travel day, and the clean room featured all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the music in the onsen could be disruptive for some, and the limited dining options on-site left something to be desired. The complimentary shuttle to the airport is a notable perk.

Perfect for families looking for comfort
The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable I loved the free shuttle to the airport which made everything so much easier. They had an onsen too I really enjoyed it after a long day with the kids.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still reasonable.
